A photo capture at the time of jibbling in/out solves this issue and provides an audit trail to ensure verified/accurate timesheets.
There are two ways to jibble In/Out with a selfie: -
Method 1 - using the iOS app as a kiosk
This is applicable for fixed devices, such as iPad on a stand/wall.

Method 2 - using a mobile phone (iOS or Android)
Similar to the iPad Kiosk, but in this case your team members can use the app in personal mode.
Whenever they jibble in/out they just log on to the app on their phone and hit the IN button:
