We are continuously improving Jibble and as a result we're changing our subscription plans.
What is changing?
As of 6 September 2018, the new subscription plans were introduced. The free plan is no longer being offered and any new team will need to subscribe to a paid Basic or Power Plan.
What happens to teams that were created before the new subscription plans:
Teams on the old Basic (FREE) plan:
Will continue to operate. However the new Basic plan does have more features, like ability to Export and no data limitations.
Teams on the power plan:
If your team is on a Power plan before the new price update, your team will enjoy a price of $2 per user/month as long as you don't downgrade or cancel your subscription. You can read more about the old billing calculation here.

How long can I still use the Free Plan?
You can use the free plan for as long as you want. We will not change this and we will not remove your data. However you can only upgrade to the new basic or power plan from now on and receive the additional features. The new basic plan does have the ability to Export and there are no data limitations.
How do I renew my old Power Plan?
Your old plan will always be active and you will always have access to all Power-Ups (even the new ones that we'll release) as long as you don't downgrade (or stop paying).
I've been on the Free Plan before your last price change, can I still subscribe to the old Power Plan after 6 September?
No. With the new subscription plans the old plans do not exist unless they were created before. In other words, only teams on the Power Plan before 6 September 2018 will continue on the old Power Plan.
I want to subscribe to one of the new plans, how do I do that?
You can simply go to the subscription page and select one of the new plans. As you can see the old plans are no longer available.
