Some employees do not have an email address but you can create their account using their mobile numbers so they can have their own login credentials to access different platforms of Jibble

  1. As the admin, log in to the web app (app.jibble.io)
  2. Go to "Team"
  3. Click "Add Team Member"
  4. Fill out the First name, Last name, and Phone number
  5. Keep the tick box for Send Invitation unchecked
  6. Click "Add"

The team member will be directly created in your team list and the next step is for him to set his password. Ask the member to go to this link and enter his phone number to get a confirmation code via SMS.

Enter the Confirmation code and create a password. That's it! The member can now log in to his account using his mobile number and password.
