When you export your timesheets you can view these in decimal numbers (1.25 hours) or by the minute (1:15), depending on your preference or what's useful.
How it works
Go to your personal settings page by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner.
Select your time format in the time format field:

You can select two different type of formats. Standard hours:minutes (hh:mm), or a decimal format.
When you export your timesheets with your standard hh:mm format, it will look like this:
